QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, FSSA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS
OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS
OF ANY STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONCERNING THE
SOFTWARE THAT IS CONTAINED IN FSSA'S INTERNET SITES. IN
NO EVENT WILL FSSA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER THEY
MAY ARISE AND EVEN IF FSSA HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
FSSA specifically retains all rights therein and title thereto,
including, but not limited to, copyright and other property
rights.

in the software. FSSA, only grants the right to use this
software by means of a software license. FSSA specifically
retains title to all its computer software. The FRONTSUITE®
SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property
laws and treaties. The FRONTSUITE® SOFTWARE is licensed,
not sold.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FSSA
AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH
REGARD TO THE FRONTSUITE® SOFTWARE, AND THE PROVISION
OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.
There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available
for downloading on the Internet, and FSSA cautions you to
make sure that you completely understand the potential risks
before downloading any of the Software. You are solely responsible
for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment
used in connection with any of the Software, and FSSA will
not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection
with using, modifying, or distributing any of the Software.
