Tour Operators Module
Tour operators are companies specialized in negotiating big quantities of rooms at a very convenient price. These rooms are then included in tourist packages, and sold to travel agencies at a higher price. This transaction allows to the tour operators to obtain a profit margin. FrontSuite® Tour Operator Module has been designed to obtain in a fast and summarized way all the information about Tour Operators working with your hotel.
This module possesses the following advantages:
-it allows to obtain the total number of reservations for all the types of rooms done either by Tour Operators or by other companies and guests
-Number of reservations guaranteed and confirmed for individual or all Tour Operators
-Folios for individual Tour Operator including information about the total number and quantities, amount and number of unpaid folios. Number of folios with postponed payment
-It is possible to configure contracts between Tour Operators and the Hotel
